Helpful “Online” Account Tips for Members:
Username / Password Retrieval
For initial online access to your member account, or in the event you have forgotten your log on information, select the “forgot password?” option on either the “Member Sign In” or “Book a Tee Time” selections. After entering your email address, you will receive a return email with your username and password.
Sign in to member account (drop down box under “The Course” tab), then select “My Account”, and then Select “Preferences”.
If any of your personal information fields are incorrect, they can be updated by you on this tab. You may also change your username to a name that is more personal than the name assigned by the system.
While on this tab, you can also add other members who you frequently play golf with for use in booking tee times. On the bottom of this page, select “Add Playing Partners”. You are prompted to enter the first several letters of the member’s last name; then select the “Search” button. Place a check in front of the players you want to add as your possible playing partners; then select “Continue”.
After making changes in the “Preferences” section, select “Save” to update your personal information.
On the “My Account” page, select the “Change Password” button to change your password from the initial password provided by the system. After entering your old password and entering your new password twice, select save to update your information.
Monthly Member Statements
At the beginning of each month, Member Activity and Billing Statements are available online. To access your statement, select the “Reports” button on the “Member Sign In” page; then select the report you would like to view and print. The report will then be downloaded to your computer as an Adobe document.
